Ice bath
Experience a refreshing change of temperature in our spacious ice bath.
Share the space with friends or take a quiet moment for yourself as part of your contrast therapy session.
Go at your own pace, take breaks and follow the studio guidance. If it is your first visit, let our team know when you arrive.
Ice Baths quickly cut muscle soreness and inflammation, flush out waste to speed recovery and continue feeling primed. Regulate your mood with an energy boost from a natural adrenaline hit. Smash your goals with improved insulin sensitivity and smile through the seasons with improved immunity over time. Reap the benefits from short dips a few times a week.

Traditional sauna
Step into our spacious sauna and enjoy the warmth, with room to sit back and take a break from a busy day.
Use the sauna as part of your one-hour session, alongside the ice bath.
Take breaks whenever you need them and follow the studio guidance during your visit.
Saunas dramatically cut your risk of heart attacks and strokes. Drop blood pressure so you feel calmer and less tight-chested, melt away post-workout soreness and daily tension. Boost metabolism for steadier energy and easier fat loss. Lift symptoms of anxiety & depression - like a warm hug, increases dopamine and other neurotransmitters. Encourages a deeper state of sleep for improved recovery and sense of well-being. Sweat it out giving you glowing “vacation skin”. Makes everyday stress feel smaller by conditioning your body's response.
Contrast therapy brings heat and cold together in one session.
Move between our traditional sauna and ice bath, taking breaks at your own pace.
Your one-hour booking gives you time to settle in and enjoy both spaces.
New to contrast therapy? Let our team know when you arrive, and read the FAQs before your visit.
Contrast therapy combines benefits of both modalities. Adds a unique “vascular pumping” effect from repeated vasodilation and vasoconstriction which accelerates removal of metabolic waste leaving you feeling refreshed and reset. Enhances blood flow with nutrient delivery better than sauna alone which speeds recovery of muscle and lowers fatigue, clears lactic acid faster. Improves pain thresholds and tissue oxygenation, and amplifies cardiovascular/mood boosts. Contrast creates active flushing that neither isolated cold nor isolated heat can match alone causing an enhanced effect on recovery and mood. Multiple sessions per week reap the largest benefits.
